"Prosopocoilus occipitalis" Description
Family Lucanidae. Body length: 20–55 mm. Widely distributed in Southeast Asia. Sometimes called Mitsuboshi-nokogiri-kuwagata ("three-star saw stag beetle") for the three black spots on its pronotum. Body color and pronotal markings vary by locality.
