"Protaetia orientalis" Description
Family Scarabaeidae. Body length: 16–25 mm. Distributed from Hokkaido to Okinawa. A flower chafer with white-spotted markings over a dark green to coppery luster. Similar in shape and size to Kanabun. One of the larger flower chafer species. Commonly attracted to tree sap and fruit.
