"Cetonia roelofsi" Description
Family Scarabaeidae. Body length: 15–20 mm. Distributed from Hokkaido to Kyushu. A green-bodied flower chafer with white-spotted patterning. Adults are most commonly seen in spring, with numbers declining in summer. Inhabits flatlands and forests, feeding on flower nectar and pollen.
